Neurologist
Dr Victor Chong is a Neurologist and Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. Graduating from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery in 1992, Dr Chong has an extensive amount of experience working in the medical field. His areas of special interest include multiple sclerosis and CNS infections.
As well as his public appointments at the Western Hospital, Dr Chong consults privately at both the North West Specialist Centre and the MS Clinic, which is located within the Monash Medical Centre in Clayton.
Dr Chong also engages in various academic activities, reviewing the journals Multiple Sclerosis and Neurology Asia on an ad-hoc basis, co-authoring chapters for textbooks and publishing over 30 papers in peer-reviewed journals.
